GAINESVILLE, Ga. -- Attorneys for two Georgia men accused of plotting terror attacks against government officials are preparing for trial.

Lawyers representing Ray Adams or Samuel Crump on Tuesday requested more details about the evidence prosecutors have gathered in the case against them. The two men are charged with conspiring and attempting to make a biological toxin called ricin.

They are among four men arrested in early November after at least seven months of surveillance by an undercover informant who infiltrated their meetings.

Two others pleaded guilty to charges related to the plot last month. Dan Roberts and Frederick Thomas could face up five years in prison after pleading guilty to charges of conspiring to get an unregistered explosive and an illegal gun silencer as part of the plot.
